When setting the assessment status of someone to DNC, it should automatically change the communications to opt out to avoid contacting them again. Currently not even an automation can be made but even with an automation this should be a built in feature rather than having to use up an automation slot on this feature.

Implementation should be decoupled from assessment status such that it's a separate thing or make the DNC assessment status a permanent status which can't be removed or modified unless for switching what kind of communication opt out should happen by default when changing someone's status to DNC.
