Not tryna copy other CRMs we shall not mention, but the email page could get some major uplifts that would make the user experience far better.
  • Email results at a glance from the email page (as seen below)
  • When clicking Email from the menu, instead of going to Active & Scheduled blasts, going to a page with all emails that have been drafted, active, scheduled and sent with results from those emails
  • Sent Email Blasts page says "read rate" instead of "open rate" and it'd be great if we could customize the columns
  • The Visual Builder email editor from the Email Wrapper's part of the settings page should 100% be on the page where you send emails to further customize those.
