It would be really helpful in text banking to be able to limit texts based on the time of day for the recipients. eg if i am text banking at 6pm pst, i don't want to bother people in EST for whom it is 9pm, but right now i would have to create different text banks for each time zone, or only text bank during hours for which it is acceptable for people in all time zones.
