We want to be able to track specif outreach for specific campaigns and efforts via the reports on ST rather than create a separate space to track these. It'd be easier if both the Reports Overview and Reports Graphs also allow us to use a custom property to filter the results.

Hi Ivan, We at CTTU are trying to train up some of our newer union members on SolTech. Additionally, we'd like to get all our organizers comfortable enough so that they can use Solidarity Tech's mobile app while doorknocking to better document and track conversations with tenants. Is there any means by which we could custimize what qualities appear in the the "add person" page/feature on the mobile app? Among other things it'd be useful to have a general notes section as well as more details. We could always create a chapter before a blitz to which new members could be uploaded if this is not doable, though it'd be nice for that input form to have more optional inputs. Additionally, some of our team are having trouble with the mobile app more broadly, including limited access to its features (some get a blank screen when opening the app). I've asked them to provide more details and screenshots so I'll pass those along when I have them.

Action Network has embed codes that you can use to take the Action Network RSVP form and insert it into your website’s web page. Please also make this a feature in Solidarity Tech. I’d love to be able to embed the events and forms into the web pages of my website so everything is centralized. This would also be useful when we are hosting actions in partnership with other organizations and would want to provide the other organization with our embed code for our RSVP form that they can display on their website.

I'd like to be able to set up permissions for a role where the person can see all people but isn't able to call or text any of them. Is there already a way to do this? I think having view all people and call and text all people as separate permissions would be useful.

Our team needs a more robust audit trail for name changes. For example, if someone with a maiden name is in our database, and then marries and changes their name, and then registers for an event via Eventbrite or some other external sync, we need to capture that. The change is captured if we do it manually IN Solidarity Tech, but it is not, for example, captured in a Zapier/Eventbrite sync.

Not tryna copy other CRMs we shall not mention, but the email page could get some major uplifts that would make the user experience far better. Email results at a glance from the email page (as seen below) When clicking Email from the menu, instead of going to Active & Scheduled blasts, going to a page with all emails that have been drafted, active, scheduled and sent with results from those emails Sent Email Blasts page says "read rate" instead of "open rate" and it'd be great if we could customize the columns The Visual Builder email editor from the Email Wrapper's part of the settings page should 100% be on the page where you send emails to further customize those.

It would be nice to include an "add to calendar" link in event registration confirmation emails.

The current "two columns" option isn't user-friendly and requires time-intensive design that is less customizable.

The permalink can be shared with colleagues to review and approve drafts before sending. The permalink can also be shortened so it can be included in text blasts for more info (i.e. a monthly newsletter).
